YouTube Privacy Policy

1. Operator and contact

DailyFaily Publisher is the DailyFaily channel publishing service powered by StoryFactory. Contact the operator at godmod.tiktok@gmail.com for privacy questions, access, correction, disconnection, or deletion.

2. Information we process

• Google OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to operate the authorized connection.
• YouTube channel identifiers and basic channel information used to verify the destination.
• Creator-supplied video files, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, and upload settings.
• YouTube video identifiers, returned metadata, upload and processing status, and error information.
• Review decisions, submission records, and technical logs needed for operation and troubleshooting.

We do not request your Google password. Google presents the permissions requested by the integration during authorization.

3. How data is used

We use this information to connect the correct channel, carry out approved uploads, set thumbnails, check processing, prevent duplicate submissions, and resolve support issues. Google and YouTube user data is not used for advertising profiles, sold, or used to train general-purpose AI models. StoryFactory’s content-production features are separate from its use of Google account and YouTube API data.

DailyFaily Publisher’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Storage and sharing

OAuth credentials are stored in the protected workflow credential system. Application records are stored in the application database, and production media is stored in the production infrastructure. The public website does not store OAuth credentials.

Videos, thumbnails, metadata, and authenticated requests are sent to Google/YouTube to provide the requested integration. Infrastructure providers process the data needed to host and operate the website, workflow services, database, and media storage. Authorized operators may access operational information for support and maintenance. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. We do not transfer Google user data to data brokers or advertising services.

5. Retention and deletion

Credentials are retained while the channel connection is needed. Creator-supplied media and review records are retained for the publishing workflow and operational support. Stored YouTube API data is subject to YouTube’s refresh and deletion requirements, including refreshing or deleting applicable stored API data within 30 days.

To request deletion of stored integration data, email godmod.tiktok@gmail.com with the channel URL and the data you want removed. Do not send passwords or tokens. We may ask you to demonstrate channel ownership. Requests are handled by the operator; this website has no automatic deletion button. We delete associated user data as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days of a verified deletion or disconnection request. Following revocation through Google, associated data is deleted as soon as possible and within 30 days.

Deleting data held by DailyFaily does not delete data or videos held by YouTube. Manage or delete those directly in YouTube Studio.

6. Security and website data

We use HTTPS for public connections and restrict access to the operational systems and credentials. Hosting services may process standard request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for delivery and security. These informational YouTube pages do not add analytics scripts, advertising cookies, or embedded YouTube players.

7. Your choices and policy changes

You may stop using the integration, remove its Google access, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. The integration is intended for authorized adult channel operators. Policy changes will be published here with an updated effective date.
