YouTube Terms of Service
These terms apply to the DailyFaily Publisher YouTube integration, powered by StoryFactory, and its authorized channel operators.
Effective date: September 19, 2026
1. Agreement
By using this integration, you agree to these terms, the YouTube integration Privacy Policy, and to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Read and accept these before authorizing the integration.
2. Service and authorization
DailyFaily uses YouTube API Services to upload approved videos, set thumbnails, and retrieve channel and video information required for operation. You must own or be authorized to manage the connected channel and be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for the uploads you approve and for keeping operator access secure.
3. Content and control
You retain ownership of your content and grant the service permission to process and transmit it for your requested uploads. You must have the necessary rights to videos, audio, images, and other materials, and provide accurate metadata and required disclosures. Review the destination channel, content, and settings before approval. Current automated uploads are private; public release requires a separate decision and applicable platform permissions.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the integration for unlawful or infringing content, unauthorized account access, deception, spam, or evasion of platform restrictions. Follow YouTube’s terms, Community Guidelines, and applicable policies. DailyFaily is independent of Google and YouTube.
5. Availability and termination
Uploads and processing depend on YouTube, permissions, quotas, and service availability. Submission does not guarantee processing or publication. You may stop using the service and revoke Google authorization at any time. Access may be suspended for misuse, security, or platform requirements. Contact the operator to disconnect and request deletion under the privacy policy.
6. Responsibility and contact
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted service or third-party outcomes.
