Terms of Service

These Terms govern DailyFaily Publisher, a web-based content scheduling and publishing platform for independent creators.
1. Acceptance
By using DailyFaily, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to authorize the connected TikTok account.
2. Service
DailyFaily Publisher enables creators to select original videos, prepare captions and posting settings, connect TikTok through OAuth, and explicitly submit approved content through TikTok’s Content Posting API.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the connected TikTok account, your devices, and every submission you approve. Promptly disconnect access you no longer control.
4. Content and rights
You retain ownership of your content and grant DailyFaily limited permission to process and transmit it to provide the requested service. You confirm you hold all rights to the video, music, trademarks, likenesses, and other submitted material.
5. Creator controls
You must review the preview, caption, privacy level, interaction settings, AI-generated disclosure, commercial-content disclosure, and music-rights confirmation before submission. TikTok makes the final publication decision.
6. Prohibited use
You may not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized content; access another account without permission; evade safeguards or rate limits; introduce malicious code; or violate TikTok’s terms and developer policies.
7. Availability
The service may be changed or unavailable for maintenance, security, compliance, or third-party platform reasons. Submission does not guarantee TikTok publication.
8. Termination
You may disconnect TikTok at any time. We may suspend access for a material violation, security risk, or legal requirement.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyFaily is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyFaily and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses caused by a third-party service.
11. Changes and contact
